These valves are in almost constant operation, switching on and off, and as such are one of the components which will commonly need replacing. Common with older VAG who do not have electronic wastegate management such as EA113, EA888 gen 1 /2. Does not fit EA888.3 (MQB) as these have electronic wastegate management.
